Auto-Tie Balers

 IBC's Auto-Tie Series offer both high speed and reduced operating cost. They eliminate the additional time and cost of having to manually tie off and remove finished bales from the baler. The auto tie balers are designed for small to medium sized MRF’s, Transfer Stations, Paper Brokers, & Printers / Converters.

System Features

Hydrulic Tier

The hydraulic tier allows the unit to be able to able to clear material out of the press head channels leading to more consistent operation. The hydraulic power also allows the system to pull 1,000 lb wire stacks instead of the industry standard 100 lb wire boxes leading to less down time due to wire change over. 

Single Point Tension Circuit

Floating Tension cylinder provides equal tension onto the compression chamber. Fewer moving parts for better reliability.

Progressive Edge Blade

The baler combines its Hardened Tool Steel Shear blade with its 21"-22" Press head penetration to clear any potential material jams reducing unit downtime.
