Non Shear Auto-Tie Balers
The ATOM Series Non-Shear Series is specifically designed for “open materials” such as whole unfolded cardboard boxes, or shredded paper.
Designed for use in printers, box plants, document destruction, textile and etc. Material can be air conveyed or mechanically conveyed. This Series produces a mill or export size bale from material that is primarily either trim, shredded or die cut.

System Features
Hydrulic Tier
The hydraulic tier allows the unit to be able to able to clear material out of the press head channels leading to more consistent operation. The hydraulic power also allows the system to pull 1,000 lb wire stacks instead of the industry standard 100 lb wire boxes leading to less down time due to wire change over.
Single Point Tension Circuit
Floating Tension cylinder provides equal tension onto the compression chamber. Fewer moving parts for better reliability.
Clearence Gap Operation
Baler Operates without a shear blade in applications where material is preconditioned shredded or punched. Limiting down time due to shear blade shimming and rotation.
