Green Machine's material storage gravity bins utilize hydraulic doors that lift and automatically drop materials to the floor or baler feed conveyor to produce bales with no labor! Our gravity bins are designed to maximize holding capacity to receive material all day long, and then drop to bale second-shift, or at any point you're ready for that specific commodity.

Place a Green Machine® metering bin at the beginning of your system to enhance downstream efficiency by producing an even flow of material and controlling throughput. Our metering bin is built with a heavy-duty steel chain-edge belt equipped with a variable drive to command tonnage rates. Our bin's robust metering wheel is designed to pull larger material to the top of your stream, making it easier for pre-sorters to pick out bulkier, potentially dangerous, items. Green Screens® Trommels are designed to provide front-end fines, organics, inerts, etc... removal before downstream sorting. This cleans your material stream or messy materials making it easier for post-sorters and protects secondary screens from wear and tear. Our screen's robust design is utilized across the recycling industry including in single-stream, dual-stream, municipal solid waste (MSW), construction & demolition (C&D), agriculture waste, to commercial waste systems, and more.

Green Machine® eddy current separators are designed to handle your ferrous and non-ferrous applications found in the recycling industry. Customize your eddy current with a wide variety of belt widths, varying magnetic strengths, allowing us to tailor to your recycling needs.

Green Screens® glass breaker and fines removal screen removes 2” minus glass and fines from highly contaminated recyclables, improving downstream equipment processing. Removing abrasive glass and fines early on in your system helps reduce material contamination and minimize belt and disc wear. Our glass breaker and fines removal screens are available in a variety of sizes and disc types to ensure that we meet your throughput and separation requirements for a variety of mixed MSW and C&D waste streams.

Green Machine’s Green Screens OCC Screen separates bulky cardboard over the top of the machine at throughputs up to 60 TPH. Our patented alternating finger discs and pentagonal spacers were designed to enhance agitation, increase throughputs, and significantly reduce material wrapping. Adjust the tilt angle independently for each screening deck to find the perfect balance between material cleanliness levels and processing speeds, all at a push of a button.

Green Machine’s polisher separation screens are designed to separate two-dimensional fibers from multi-dimensional containers. Our polisher screens feature rotating discs mounted on shafts, moving progressively faster towards the end. The incline angle of separate upper and lower decks are fully adjustable, giving you control over discharge contamination of both fiber and container streams.

Green Machine’s i-BOT® Robotic Sorter can sort multiple recycling grades at 98%+ clean pick rates with an industry high 90%+ success in selected commodities reaching their designated drop chutes. Our standard robotic sorter is designed with twin high-speed sorting arms exceeding 80 total picks per arm per minute. Each system can sort up to 6 separate commodities on conveyors ranging tom 24” up to 72” in width. Easy material grade selection with no monthly service support charge.
